Just one of the great things about the Arizun STAY IN YOUR HOME solution is that it gives you the chance to back your home, at market value, within Years 6 and 7 of your lease. What’s more,  you will be able to use a portion of any increase in the market value of the property, from the time you entered the lease with Arizun, to go towards your deposit when repurchasing. . In other words, you will not have to pay the full market price for the property when you exercise your option.

At ARIZUN we understand that sometimes you just want to start anew. We can help you do exactly that. If we’re successful in purchasing your mortgage from your current lender, you can transfer the title deed of your property to ARIZUN and simply walk away, 100% debt free. The Arizun Mortgage Debt Resolution Scheme can only be applied to an individual home once the Arizun Funds have acquired a portfolio of mortgages from a European financial institution which includes the mortgage currently held over the individual home.
