If there is a maintenance issue with our home after we enter the Programme, who do we call?

You will need to contact our Property team, details of which will be listed in your tenant handbook, which will be provided to all participants in the programme.

Who pays for the electricity / refuse charges / gas bills / insurance etc.?

The tenants are responsible for their own utility bills. Arizun will have a building insurance policy in place, however contents insurance is the responsibility of the tenant. We strongly encourage you to insure your personal items.

Who pays the local property tax?

Local Property Tax will be paid by Arizun.

Who pays the Management Company Charge?

Management Company Charge fees, where applicable, will be paid by Arizun.

If we cannot afford the rent, can Arizun assist?

If you are experiencing financial difficulties in paying your rent, or your personal circumstances change, please contact Arizun. We will put you in touch with our Tenant Advisory Team and they will outline your available options. We want you to stay in your home and our team will explore local and national government schemes which may provide you with financial assistance in this regard.

The Arizun Mortgage Debt Resolution Scheme can only be applied to an individual home once the Arizun Funds have acquired a portfolio of mortgages from a European financial institution which includes the mortgage currently held over the individual home. Arizun cannot guarantee that any individual home or homeowner will be allowed access to the Arizun Mortgage Debt Resolution Scheme, but if you like our programme let us and your bank know about your interest.
